The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) will be holding the 9th annual taxpayers week that is slotted to kick off today Monday 15th to Friday 19th October 2012. During this event, a series of activities will run, including tax clinics, seminars, corporate social responsibility and talk shows countrywide.
Services such as e-registration of taxpayer PIN, e-filing and renewal of driving licences will also be offered during the tax clinics. KRA on its part said on a printed media notice that members of the public will be encouraged to attend to learn and understand more about its services.
For the recently enforced rental income taxation, real estate and rental income earners will have seminars in Nairobi county, Kakamega county, Murang’a County, Meru County, Kericho County and Mombasa County.
