• Safaricom Limited: the counter recorded 9.23 million shares traded during the six hour period. The share closed at KES 3.40 up from KES 3.35 the previous day.
• Co-operative Bank of Kenya Limited: the counter recorded 2.29 million shares traded. It closed at KES 13.40 per share. Up from KES 13.35 on Thursday.
• Equity Bank: the counter recorded 2.15 million shares being traded, it closed unmoved from yesterday’s price at KES 20.25.
• Mumias Sugar Company: 1.16 million of the sugar manufacturer’s shares were traded. The share closed at KES 5.80, the same level at which the counter closed yesterday.
• Kenya Commercial Bank: 738,400 shares of Kenya’s largest bank were traded in today’s session. The share closed at KES 23, unchanged from yesterday’s level.
