Kenyan flight passengers are set to benefit from a free Visa deal as Emirates moves to increase its passenger traffic within the region. The airliner is offering free visas for flights to and from Nairobi and Dubai. The deal applies to flight passengers from all classes regardless of the fares. However, it only covers direct flights between the two destinations.

90 day long term individual visitors will be able to save about USD 160 on Visa processing fees. This is subject to weekly fluctuations based on exchange rates. Visitors taking 30 day short term flights to Dubai will save about USD 90.

The airliner, which currently flies to 123 destinations across the world, has extended the same offer to Uganda and Tanzania. A similar bid for Ethiopia is still in the works. The deal is only valid for tickets booked before the 20^th of August 2012. The waiver for Visa fees, however, will run between 5^th September and 4^th October 2012.
