A quarter-acre plot in Migaa is now going for Kshs. 8.5 million shillings, Kshs. 34 million per acre of land in the 774-acre golf estate. Phase 1 of the luxury housing development has already been sold out.

The price-per-quarter in what is to be the largest gated community in Nairobi has increased 70% in 8 months, from Kshs. 5 million in July 2011 to Kshs. 8.5 million currently.

Certain quarter-acre plots are however being sold at an offer price of Kshs. 6.5 million, with the offer closing at the end of this month. For more information click here
