Safaricom subscribers are currently experiencing poor internet connectivity caused by a problem with The East African Marine Systems (TEAMS). The problem affects both Data 2G and 3G.

The Safaricom Customer Care team says that the problem is currently being rectified.

We have a TEAMS issue affecting both Data 2G & 3G. Inconvenience highly regretted. Speedy resolution currently underway.
