Sweeping changes now allow one-person limited companies

Kenya has passed new legislation paving the way for a one-person company, in sweeping changes that will enhance the ease of doing business. The repealed law has done away with a statutory need of a company secretary for firms with capital of up to Sh5 million. Brewer to provide water in 10 counties

The EABL Foundation has announced an expansive initiative to provide water in counties. The initiative will develop 10 water projects in 10 counties to benefit communities struggling to access water. It is estimated that, once complete, the project will provide a cumulative 193 million cubic metres of water.
