Banking with Yu Cash is currently limited to Equity Bank and Co-operative Bank, and once registered to mobile banking your bank account will be automatically linked to your Yu Cash account, enabling you to deposit and withdraw cash from your account through Yu cash.

Below are the steps involved in depositing funds to your Bank account

1. Select ‘Unload funds’ in the Yu Cash menu
2. Enter the amount
3. Enter a message, e.g saving for Nov trip
4. You will then get a confirmation screen indicating your phone number, account number, amount and message
5. You will then enter your Yu Cash PIN and complete transaction

Below are the steps for withdrawing cash from your account

1. Select ‘Loan funds’ in the Yu Cash menu
2. Enter the amount to withdraw
3. Enter a message, e.g saving for Nov trip
4. You will then get a confirmation screen indicating your phone number, account number, amount and message
5. Enter your Yu Cash PIN to complete transaction.
