Consider driving these high performance cars

Technological innovations in the automotive industry have moved quite fast recently. It looked like a fantasy when talk about the electric and battery powered vehicles started. Some modern cars such as the Renault Zoe which is powered with these fuels are so silent that the driver is left having a strange feeling. It is time we started investing in classic cars, or 4x4’s, if this are our current definition of cars, this because soon things are going to change forever. Here are a few ideas. Rub your hands in glee, massage your eyeballs and let’s start licking the cream on top of the automotive cake.

Porsche signed off 2014 leading the luxury segment with the ‘end of life’ Cayenne. If you are one of the lucky few that snapped up a ‘bargain basement’ unit before prices shot upwards, you can smile without shame. BMW, on the other hand, have introduced the new X5, X6 and Mercedes launched the new ML. Nothing too special about these old names except that the products are much improved. If you want to stand out you will need to be more daring. Check out the new Jaguar CX17 and its fraternal twin the Discovery Sport.

Coke marketer with craving for sunsets

You must have probably seen the cans of Coke with people’s names on them. This is actually a marketing campaign being driven by Coca Cola’s Country Marketing Manager, Mona Karingi. The campaign enables every Kenyan to have a chance of deciding whom they want to share a coke with. It has been doing rather well and gives us an insight on human nature and the attachment that people have with their names. The 40 year old marketer is the daughter to a career diplomat, and a mother of three. When asked her product in the Coca-Cola range that she would be, she answered, Stoney, since it is spicy nicely.
