The Drifta is a mobile TV decoder that recieves DVB-H signal and converts it into a Wi-Fi signal for Wi-Fi enabled viewing devices such as laptops, PCs, tablets and smartphones.

Currently, the Drifta works with iPod Touch, iPhone, iPad running iOS 5, select Android devices as well as Windows PCs including laptops and notebooks running Windows XP, Vista and 7.

DStv Mobile has also announced a reduction in the monthly subscription prices for DStv mobile channel bouquets. Monthly charges for the Mini bouquet is now KES 300, down from KES 380 while the Maxi bouquet is now KES 400, down from KES 990.
