With the Christmas holidays around the corner, DStv Kenya is set to slash its full kit installation rates and price of its decoders by about 26 percent.
As of December 2012, DStv full kit that is inclusive of a decoder, satellite dish, 20 meter cable plus installation will cost KES 9,500 from KES 12,850. This reflects a KES 3350 price. DStv decoder prices will also drop to KES 4,000.
The above prices are not inclusive of monthly subscription to DStv channels bouquet.
Monthly subscription rates are as follows:
- Premium: USD 80 (KES 6,900*)
- Compact Plus: USD 50 (KES 4,300*)
- Compact: USD 30 (KES 2580*)
- Family: USD 20 (KES 1720*)
- Access: USD 10 (KES 860*)
