Star Times, the latest entrant in the pay TV service, is offering GTV and Smart TV subscribers some form of compensation for their losses following the exit of GTV and Smart TV from the Kenyan Market under unclear circumstances.
Those with GTV or Smart TV decoders will have to visit any Smart TV outlets with their old decoders make an advance subscription to any Star Times channel bouquet and they will be presented with a Star Times decoder and antenna at no additional cost.
If you are interested in the basic bouquet, you will have to pay for seven months subscription to get a free Star Times decoder. If you want the Basic plus, Classic and India bouquet, you will have to subscribe to three months viewing to a free Star Times decoder. If you are interested in the Classic Plus, Unique and Unique plus bouquets, you will have to pay for two months subscription to get a free Star Times decoder.
