Housing Finance Company of Kenya Limited has announced that its 45th annual general meeting will be held in Nairobi on Friday 27th April 2012 at the Bomas of Kenya Auditorium at 11:00am.
The agenda includes, among other items, to receive and, if approved, to adopt the audited balance sheet and accounts for the financial year ended 31st December 2011 together with the Chairman’s, the Directors’ and Auditor’s Reports therein, to declare a final dividend of Kshs. 0.70 for the year ended 31st December 2011 and to elect new directors following the resignation of Mr. Peter Munga and Mr. Steve Omenge Mainda.
Housing Finance currently has assets worth Kshs. 9.9 billion and currently serves 42% of Kenyas mortgage market.
