Rafiki Deposit Taking Microfinance is soon to launch a facility called incremental housing that they hope will set alight the housing market and make it easier for Kenyans to achieve their dream homes. Family Bank and Jamii Bora Makao Limited are also rumoured to have similar plans in the pipeline, but with their products said to be in the pilot phases.
