Airtel Kenya has unveiled its new voice bundle plan dubbed: Pamoja Bundles which allows subscribers to purchase seconds on a daily basis which can be used for on-net, i.e. Airtel to Airtel, calls. Seconds that can be purchased range from 100 to 1,500 allowing subscribers to talk for as low as 5.0 cents per second to 2.0 cents per second.
Bundles are posted below:

How the bundles work:
You dial *767# from your Airtel phone and choose your preferred bundle.
For instance you subscribe to the Pamoja5 bundle, you will purchase 100 seconds at the rate of KES 5 which can be used for on-net calls.
Since you have been awarded 100 seconds for KES 5, this translates in you being charged at the rate of 5.0 cents per second for the 100 seconds.
5/100 = KES 0.05
i.e. 5 Cents
Once you exhaust the allocated 100 seconds, you will be charged an out of bundle rate of 6.0 cents per second.
The higher the bundle type one subscribes to, the lower the call rate they will incur. For instance when you subscribe to Pamoja5, you will be billed at the rate of 5.0 cents per second. If you subscribe to Pamoja10 you will be billed at the rate of 2.0 cents per second. These reduced call rates are only valid for allocated seconds one purchases. Once you exhaust allocated seconds you will be charged an out of bundle rate of 6.0 cents per second.
Off-net calls, i.e. calls to other networks in Kenya will be billed at the rate of 6.0 cents per second.
Airtel today, 13th December 2012 announced its reviewed call rates. Click here to view the new rates.
