Jubilee Insurance has won 10 awards at the annual Insurance Awards, 2012 chapter. The company has emerged as the most celebrated company at the awards for three years in a row. Jubilee Insurance was the overall winner in the Marketing Initiative, Medical Insurance underwriter, Life Insurer of the year, Risk Management Award and Fraud Detection and Prevention categories.

Jubilee was also feted as runners up in the Corporate Social Responsibility, General Insurer of the year and Claims Settlement of the year awards. The firm came third in ICT Application Awards and Major Loss Awards.

The special award which was to the most unique insurance provider went to Takaful Insurance. The life achievement award went to Mr Nelson Kuria, CIC Insurance Group CEO. The awards aim at enhancing the Performance of the Insurance Industry in the Kenyan Market. The event was held at The Intercontinental Hotel, Nairobi on Wednesday night.
