Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) customers can now enjoy discounts of up to 100 percent on all MultiChoice products plus pay their monthly subscriptions at discounted rates if they sign up for the service during the festive offer.

The service is open to all KCB credit and debit customers who will not only be able to purchase DStv decoders and subscription at discounted rates but also be able to purchase single view decoders and HD decoders on credit and make repayments over a period of 12 to 24 months. Product delivery and installation will happen within five days of the application.

KCB customers who sign up for the service during the promotional campaign will get gifts at 30 select KCB branches as the festive season approaches.

“We are at the forefront of exploring ways to bring subscribers the best deals and home television viewing experience. This is why we have partnered with KCB to ensure customers access their convenient payment platforms,” said Danny Mucira, MulitChoice Kenya General Manager.

This partnership is a win-win situation for Multichoice and KCB Group. KCB targets to increase usage of its debit and credit cards, to pay multichoice bills, from 1,500 to at least 3,000 over the promotion period while MulitChoice will be riding on the bank’s payment platform to push its products.

As part of its festive offer, MultiChoice Kenya reduced the price of DStv decoders to KES 4,000 while a complete DStv kit that is inclusive of a decoder, satellite dish, 20 meter cable plus installation now cost KES 9,500 from KES 12,850, reflecting a KES 3,350 price cut.
