Airtel Kenya recently unveiled its’ new international calling rates bundles, dubbed Kimataifa bundles, which enable subscribers to call USA, Canada, China, India and UK fixed lines for between KES 3 cents per second and 5 cents per second, depending on the bundles one subscribes to.
There are 3 bundles subscribers can choose from:
- Kimataifa 15
- Kimataifa 25
- Kimataifa 40

Kimataifa 15
Kimataifa 15 bundle, which costs KES 15, gets you 300 seconds. From our calculations these are 5 minutes:
60 seconds = 1 minute
300 seconds =?
300/60 = 5 minutes.

15/5= KES 3
You will be paying KES 3 per minute.
Kimataifa 25
Kimataifa 25 bundle, which costs KES 25, gets you 600 seconds. From our calculations these are 10 minutes:
