The Limuru Tea Company share last week reached 52 week and 5-year high.
The share price rose 8.7% from KES 460 to KES 500 in a day of trading last week, to reach a new high. The share is currently the most expensive at the Nairobi Securities Exchange with the minimum expense an investor would incur to get some shares at KES 50,000 (the minimum number of shares one can buy at the NSE is 100 each costing share costing KES 500). Even with money available, the share is not very liquid with most shareholders holding their stock hence the shares are difficult to come by.
