Manage Your Safaricom Line Online

Safaricom have launched an online customer care service dubbed Safaricom Self Care. It lets you monitor your phone’s billing history, how you accumulated and spent your bonga points, accessing your M-Pesa transaction dating back to three months, plus quick and easy access of customer care.

All you have to do is register online for the service and an online account linked to your Safaricom number will be created, giving you access to all your mobile transactions.

Let’s put this in context:

  1. Access to information pertaining to deposits made on you M-Pesa account,
  2. Withdrawals and where each withdrawals was done,
  3. Who sent you money and who you sent money to,
  4. All purchases made through your M-Pesa account, e.g airtime bought through your M-Pesa account or bills paid through your M-Pesa account

In addition to this, you also get access to Safaricom online live chat support where you get to chat with a Safaricom customer care online and make online requests. An interesting feature would be, the Phone Bar menu that lets you download an application to block your phone that has been stolen, plus get to see a list of phones your SIM card has been used on.
