StarTimes have unveiled a new service that allows its subscribers to manage their StarTimes account from their phone.

By dialing *858# StarTimes subscribers can check:

• Check their account balance
• Instantly activate their decoder
• Activate their Mobile TV
• Upgrade their bouquet.

The service costs KES 10 per session and is currently only available on Safaricom.

Users will get immediate feedback on their phone upon completion of request, no fuss, no hassle, just instant service, wherever you are.

The mobile number used to access this service will be linked to the users’ StarTimes account though customers can pay for their monthly subscription using any other mobile number as long as they key in their correct smart card number.
