Kenya Power customers can now pay their postpaid electricity power bills at any Family Bank branch countrywide after the two companies reached an agreement aimed at easing electricity bill payments by increasing the number of electricity bill payment options.
As posted in a press release from Kenya Power, this partnership leverages on a real-time online solution to facilitate electricity bill payments will see all Family Bank branches and ARMs offer Kenya Power’s Easy Pay services.
Family Bank Managing Director, Peter Munyiri said, “Additionally, through our Pesa Pap Mobile Banking platform, all mobile phones registered will be able to access this service.”
Through this partnership Kenya Power adds 67 banking halls and over 110 ATM pay points to its national pay-points grid.
