Below is the value of the PesaPortfolio at the close of trading yesterday:

At the close of trading yesterday, our PesaPortfolio gained KES 227.50 to stand at KES 95,430.00 up from KES 95,202.50 at last week’s close of trading.
Total cash receivable if we were to sell the entire portfolio would be KES 93,207.44 after deducting sale transaction costs.
Gains in the portfolio were attributable to the following counters:
- Mumias Sugar Company – The share gained 25 cents yesterday to close at KES 6.70 up from KES 6.45 on Friday. Total portfolio gains from this counter were KES 33.75
- Housing Finance Company Ltd – The share gained 10 cents yesterday to close at KES 15.35 from KES 15.25 on Friday. Portfolio gains from this counter were KES 110.
Although the portfolio gained overall, the following counters lost value which was offset by the gaining counters above:
- Kengen Ltd – The share lost 10 cents yesterday to close at KES 8.60 from KES 8.70 on Friday last week. Total portfolio losses from this counter were KES 70.
- Uchumi Supermarkets Ltd – The share lost 15 cents to close at KES 15.85 from KES 16.00 on Friday last week. Total portfolio losses from this counter were KES 150.
The Crown Berger and Rea Vipingo Plantations counters closed at the same price between Friday and yesterday.
