Road levy, weak shilling bring pain to Nairobi motorists
City motorists will pay Sh4.06 more for a litre of petrol after the energy regulator included a raised roads levy in its review alongside changes to reflect the effects of a weaker shilling to the US dollar. 10,000-acre Galana model farm set for completion in March next year
