Over the course of trading last week, the coffee producer’s share had been appreciating from KES 11.70 to KES 12 to KES 12.70. In today’s trading the share closed at KES 12.95, 1.97% up from the level it closed at on Thursday last week.
This increase is surprising since the company reported a drop in quarter one profits. We will be observing this counter over the course of the week and perhaps hypothesize reasons why the share is appreciating.
