“A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so.” But is he always right?

Everybody keeps talking about investors and some huge amount of capital when they want to start a business. What they don't know is that sometimes you can just start your business, with what you have.

Myth #2: Modern society has conditioned us to believe that having a job is the safer option. More youth are returning to the university in pursuit of degrees and masters certification so that they can gain reputable employment or perhaps get a promotion at work. One question lingers, is self-employment more rewarding than playing cog in someone else’s machine.
