We yesterday introduced you to a couple of Safaricoms’ mobile data plans that you can choose from, if you missed it, click here to view the post. Today we will look at what Airtel Kenya has to offer.
Like Safricom, Airtel also has a daily mobile data internet plan dubbed: The Easy Bundle where you can choose from 5MB, 10MB and 20MB data bundles which cost KES 5, KES 8 and KES 15 respectively. These bundles have a validity period of 24 hours meaning once you subscribe to this plan, your internet bundles will be renewed automatically on a 24 hours basis.
Unlike Safaricom, Airtel doesn’t have a weekly i.e. seven days, data plan though if you usually use 1.7MB data every day, you can buy 50MB data, which has a validity period of 30 days, at the price of KES 80.
Back to the daily data internet plan. If you don‘t prefer to regularly buy internet data bundles for your phone, you can briefly subscribe to the service, buy your preferred bundle size and then unsubscribe to the service afterwards. Your purchased bundles will be valid for 24 Hours.
In as much as Airtel Kenya doesn’t have as wide a selection of mobile data plans as compared to Safaricom, Airtel users still have affordable options to choose from.
